At The Bonnie Hound, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you and your pup to be completely satisfied. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted and processed quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
